Premiership Rugby club Newcastle Falcons have appointed 4Sight Sport & Leisure as their official Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Marketing Partner.

Falcons, winners of four domestic cups and one Premiership title, join the growing list of sport and leisure industry brands who have selected us to deliver their CRM and data marketing service.

To build on their recent award as the best Premiership club in communicating and listening to its fans, Falcons will work with us to send targeted messages to fans with exclusive content for subscribers, including team announcement news, major player signings and kit launches.

Working in collaboration with Falcons, we will provide the systems platform to deliver the single customer view of every fan. This will enable a much better understanding of the Falcon’s fan base allowing the club to develop more personalised communications. 

Regular fan surveys will also be developed to generate feedback and from the results, we will provide actionable insights to Falcons, which in turn will be used to improve future fan engagement

We will also include their full campaign management service to Falcons as part of the new partnership.
