Birmingham City extend appointment of 4Sight Sport as CRM and Data Agency 

4Sight Sport are excited to announce a contract extension with Birmingham City Football Club to continue to provide their managed CRM, loyalty and data services.

The Championship club is a leader in the use of CRM & data to develop a more insight led approach to fan engagement and appointed 4Sight Sport & Leisure to assist in 2012.

4Sight Sport & Leisure, which was founded 4 years ago to deliver CRM & Data strategy and marketing services to the sports industry, will continue to provide central CRM systems, segmentation, fan profiling and analysis and to deliver data driven campaign management services. Along-side this, 4Sight will also continue to provide the platform and support services to the successful Blues Loyalty Programme where fans are rewarded for their loyalty.

Birmingham City Marketing Manager Tom Rowell said:
